The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). vio777 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and enabling any additional security features available in your Account dashboard. You must notify vio777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 vio777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any balance within it to any third party.

4.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request may result in account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud or underage play, permanent closure of the Account with forfeiture of any balance.

5.1 All deposits on vio777 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Member's Account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by vio777 from time to time without prior notice.
5.3 vio777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which vio777 accepts no responsibility.
5.4 Deposits must originate from a payment method owned and registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned (less any applicable bank processing fees) to the source account.
5.5 vio777 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit originates from a legitimate source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Member funds.

Bonus Terms Summary: All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page, plus the general conditions outlined in this section. In cases of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
7.1 Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion. Until the Wagering Requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
7.2 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Members only, on the occasion of their first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the promotion. 7.3 vio777 operates a strict one-bonus-per-household / per-device / per-IP-address policy for welcome promotions. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once will be treated as multi-accounting and handled in accordance with clause 3.1.
7.4 vio777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to a Member's Account, the Bonus Funds balance (and any winnings derived from them that have not yet met the Wagering Requirement) will be removed, but any real-money balance will remain unaffected.
7.5 Bonuses may only be used for the product categories specified in the promotion (e.g., sports betting, slots, live casino). Using bonus funds on excluded game categories will not contribute to Wagering Requirement progress and may result in bonus forfeiture.
7.6 vio777 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings, and to close any Account, where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting arbitrage opportunities, placing hedged bets across multiple accounts, or systematically targeting low-margin wagers to meet Wagering Requirements.
8.1 All bets placed on vio777 are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for checking all bet details — including the event, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. vio777 will not cancel or amend bets on the grounds of a Member's error after confirmation.
8.2 Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. vio777 operates transparent odds on all markets, including bandar bola (football spread markets) and mix parlay (accumulator) selections.
8.3 In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being published (i.e., odds that are materially different from the true market), vio777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Accounts. Members will be notified of such voids.
8.4 Void bets (due to event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, or incomplete events) will have their stakes returned to the Member's Account Balance. In mix parlay accumulators, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculated without that leg.
8.5 vio777 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any individual bet, market, or event at its discretion. These limits are applied to protect the integrity of the market and the sustainability of the Platform.
8.6 Live (in-play) betting is subject to rapid odds changes and potential suspension of markets during key moments (goals, red cards, penalties). vio777 accepts no liability for bets placed during a period of market suspension that resulted from a delay in the live data feed.
9.1 vio777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time-outs, reality-check notifications, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the Member will be prevented from accessing their Account, depositing funds, or placing bets.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vio777 (including its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 Even if a bet is placed on an event that is ultimately voided, or where ODDS were incorrect as described in clause 8.3, vio777's maximum liability in respect of any bet or series of bets shall not exceed the stake amount placed on the relevant wager.
11.3 vio777 shall not be liable for any losses caused by force-majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, internet service outages, power failures, acts of government, or failures of third-party payment providers (such as BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri) that result in delayed deposits or withdrawals.
11.4 Members are responsible for their own internet connection, hardware, and software. vio777 accepts no responsibility for the technical failure of a Member's device, browser, or internet provider that results in a delayed or failed transaction.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence.
12.1 All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other material displayed on or used by the Platform ("the Content") is the exclusive property of vio777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for their personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted.
